About the Role

As our Business Development Manager – NSW, you’ll be the face of Emery Industries across your region—building trusted relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to our valued clients in the healthcare and food industries.

You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same—connecting with hospital procurement teams, project managers, clinicians, and facility planners, always with the backing of our national support team.


What We’re Looking For

  • 💬 Outstanding communication skills and a naturally positive, customer-first approach
  • 🏥 Solid experience in Capital Medical Equipment, particularly FF&E fitouts
  • 🔍 Proven ability to uncover new opportunities and convert competitive leads
  • 🤝 Skilled in negotiation and closing—always aiming for win-win outcomes
  • 📊 Business-minded, data-driven, and a confident decision maker
  • 💻 Competent in ERP/CRM systems (we use Odoo)
  • ✅ Minimum 3 years in client-facing sales or business development roles
  • 🎓 Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (highly regarded)
  • 🩺 Experience in the medical equipment industry (highly regarded)
